Job Purpose: CCH Coordinator - Solar is responsible for overseeing and coordinating solar energy projects across a defined region, ensuring their efficient execution, timely delivery, and financial viability. This role involves managing diverse teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing project performance, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Site Management and Coordination:

Oversee the execution of solar energy ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Monitor progress at various sites, manage resource allocation, and adapt plans as needed to ensure seamless execution.

Ensure effective HOTO resolving any technical or operational challenges.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure adherence to all relevant solar plant regulations, including environmental laws, grid codes, safety standards, and land use policies.

Conduct regular site audits, prepare compliance documentation, and address any non-conformities promptly.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance measures across all sites.

Stakeholder Communication And Reporting

Serve as the primary liaison between site teams and internal/external stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Provide regular, transparent updates on O&M activities progress, challenges.

Prepare and present detailed progress and performance reports, host stakeholder meetings, and manage expectations proactively.

Cost Management And Financial Oversight

Supoort site team to prepare budget , ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

Monitor site expenditures, identify areas for cost optimization, and implement strategies to control expenses.

Analyze financial performance against forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Support local procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

Risk Management And Issue Resolution

Identify and assess risks associated with solar energy projects, including technical, financial, and regulatory challenges.

Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project timelines or performance.

Maintain and update a risk register, conduct risk assessment workshops, and ensure contingency plans are in place.

Resolve operational and logistical issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications:

BE/B.tech/Diploma - Electrical or Electronics + MBA preferable

Work Experience

8+ years of hands on experience.
