Job Description

The People & Culture Operations team at NAB India manages a diverse set of transactions ranging from Tier 1 colleague queries to managing colleague data on Workday.

The individual is responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role focuses on designing and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide clear visibility into key HR metrics, workforce trends, and process efficiencies. By leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools, the manager ensures stakeholders have timely, accurate, and meaningful data to support business objectives.

Essential capabilities

  • Develop and manage HR dashboards that track KPIs, compliance, and efficiency metrics
  • Analyse complex HR data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HR analytics processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and advanced analytics techniques.

Requirements

  • Graduation - Business/Human Resources (Preferred)
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience of working on HR Helpdesks
  • Prior experience of working on ServiceNow, Workday Reports
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Power BI, ServiceNow & Workday reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of P&C systems and data structures.
  • Experience with predictive analytics and automation in HR processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Dashboard Design & Reporting Develop and maintain HR dashboards using tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow reporting and Workday reporting.
  • Ensure dashboards provide real-time visibility into KPIs, workforce trends, and compliance metrics.
  • Data Analysis & Insights- Analyse P&C data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present actionable insights to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HR, Finance, Technology and business leaders to align analytics with organizational priorities.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
  • Process Optimization Identify automation opportunities and implement advanced analytics techniques.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes using predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Data Governance Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Establish best practices for data management and reporting.
