Job Title: Associate Vice President – Medical Coding
Location: Pune
Work Mode: WFO (Work From Office)
Experience: 15+ years in medical coding / RCM operations, incl. 5+ yrs in a leadership role managing multi-specialty coding teams
Education: Life Sciences/Paramedical graduate (B.Sc/B.Pharm/BAMS/BHMS/Nursing or equivalent); Certified Coder credential mandatory (CPC/CCS/COC — AAPC or AHIMA)
CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA
Notice Period: 30–45 days
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end medical coding operations, including denial and pre-adjudication coding across multiple specialties
Supervise, train, and mentor coding teams while ensuring compliance with AMA guidelines, payer policies, and coding certifications
Drive client and stakeholder relationships, resolve service delivery issues, implement process improvements to enhance ROI and workflow efficiency
Establish operational frameworks, best practices, and QA loops between delivery, training, and compliance functions
Own P&L-adjacent delivery metrics: productivity, quality (accuracy %), TAT, client SLAs
Represent coding operations in client governance calls and QBRs
