THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Marketing Leader who thinks like a storyteller, acts like a growth hacker, and builds like a founder.

You'll define how the world sees, hears, and feels Sova — leading both brand and growth. You won't just market a product — you'll build a movement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1 Build a Brand That Moves People

• Craft and own Sova's voice, narrative, and identity across every touchpoint.

• Make precision health aspirational, premium, and human.

• Create iconic campaigns that inspire trust and desire.

• Turn customers into evangelists through community, influencers, and storytelling.

2 Scale Growth with Creative Firepower

• Own the creative strategy for full-funnel marketing — from awareness to retention.

• Lead creative direction for performance marketing.

• Build loops (not just funnels) that drive word-of-mouth and repeat.

• Collaborate with Product & CX to turn insight into impact.

3 Be the Voice Behind the Movement

• Lead content that educates, inspires, and converts.

• Build an in-house creative & content engine.

• Shape narratives that make science feel simple, and precision feel personal.

4 Create the Playbook for a New Category

• Use insights & instinct to chart white space.

• Position Sova as the category leader in microbiome & precision health.

• Partner with leadership on GTM, partnerships, and global storytelling.

5 Lead with Vision & Speed

• Build & lead a cross-functional team (brand, creative, social, content).

• Collaborate with world-class partners and agencies.

• Inspire a culture of bold ideas, fast execution, and measurable impact.

WHO YOU ARE

• 6–10 years in marketing, with 3+ years in leadership.

• Experience building & scaling D2C or digital-first consumer brands.

• Fluent in both brand storytelling and performance marketing.

• You have taste — you know what iconic looks like.

• You move fast, think big, and go deep when needed.

• (Bonus) You live and breathe health, fitness, or performance.
