Role Overview

As a Lead / AVP in the Large Accounts team, you will be at the heart of Yubi's ecosystem-led

growth strategy. You will own and scale a portfolio of high-value partnerships across lenders and

originators, driving GTV growth through a structured M×N model — multiplying partnerships within

tightly controlled ecosystems rather than simply adding new accounts.

This is a high-ownership, senior IC role. You will carry individual targets, manage CXO-level

relationships, and operate across product, technology, ops, and commercial dimensions to unlock

scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ecosystem Management (EE – Existing Ecosystem)

• Own GTV scale and run-rate stability across live partnerships within the large accounts

portfolio.

• Drive M×N expansion — identify and stitch new partnerships within the existing ecosystem

to multiply active combinations.

• Resolve daily operational issues, funnel gaps, and disbursement blockers in close

coordination with Ops and Product teams.

• Run weekly/fortnightly governance reviews with partners and own all escalations end-to-

end.

2. Expansion Engine (EN – New Partnerships)

• Identify coverage gaps and leverage existing anchors to unlock new lender–originator

combinations across the ecosystem.

• Lead pre-sales conversations, solution design, and commercial negotiations with senior

stakeholders.

• Drive fast go-lives and strong onboarding NPS, transitioning new partnerships into scalable

EE accounts.

3. Cross-Sell – One Yubi

• Drive monetization across EE, EN, and New Network accounts by deploying Yubi products

(Accumn, Spocto, YMPL).

• Leverage scaled partnerships for cross-sell opportunities, requiring CXO-level alignment

and coordination with leadership.

4. Senior Stakeholder Management

• Build and sustain CXO-level relationships with key partners across the lender and originator

ecosystem.

• Represent Yubi credibly on commercial, product, and strategic discussions.

5. AI-Led Productivity

• Use AI tools to diagnose funnels, spot cross-sell signals, track go-lives, and prepare data-

driven pitch decks.

• Maintain WBRs and fortnightly update mailers with partners, ensuring high-quality

stakeholder communication.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

• 8–15 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management

in fintech, NBFC, or financial services.

• Demonstrated track record of managing large, complex accounts with multi-stakeholder

environments.

• Prior exposure to credit products (personal loans, business loans, co-lending, BNPL, or

similar) is strongly preferred.

• Experience working across both lender and originator ecosystems is a significant

advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong commercial acumen — ability to structure deals, negotiate terms, and drive revenue

outcomes.

• High comfort with CXO-level engagement and senior stakeholder management.

• Analytical mindset — ability to diagnose funnels, identify blockers, and translate data into

action.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, and ops teams.

• Deeply IC-oriented — you roll up your sleeves, own outcomes, and don't rely on team

buffers.

• Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments and rapid context-switching.
