Job Description:
Client Relationship and Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large enterprise clients.
- Build trusted relationships with Management, operations leaders and client stakeholders.
- Understand client expectations, business priorities, and evolving needs.
- Conduct regular governance meetings and performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all employees and dependents
TPA Management: Liase and co-ordinate with the servicing TPAs of the large accounts to deliver best-in-class claims services
Service Delivery Ownership:
- Oversee endtoend delivery of services as defined in the client agreement.
- Ensure service stability, process adherence, and continuous improvement across delivery units.
- Monitor daily operations, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution
Performance Management
- Track & report service KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet contractual standards
Contract & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with the contractual terms & scope.
- Manage escalations, audits, and compliance requirements, especially for regulated industries such as health insurance.
- Support renewals, rate discussions, and change request evaluations
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Identify automation, digitization, and workflow optimization opportunities.
- Lead process reengineering initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Drive continuous improvement
Experience:
- 1215 years in health claims and related roles
- Experience in handling post sales service operations of large accounts.
