Role Description

ICICI Lombard is seeking an experienced professional for the Associate Vice President position. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai. The Associate Vice President will be responsible for providing strategic direction, managing operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth in line with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing strategies, leading business planning, managing budgets, and building stakeholder relationships. The AVP will collaborate with various teams and ensure efficient operational processes while driving innovation and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams and execute organizational strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in business planning, budget management, and process optimization.
  • Capability in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company goals.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to drive strategic initiatives and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
