About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to drive our global people agenda across multiple geographies. The HR Leader will be responsible for building scalable HR practices that support business growth, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in global talent acquisition, organization design, and leadership development within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement engagement frameworks that foster inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, recognition, and internal communications.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring alignment with company values and mission globally
Rewards, Benefits & Performance Management
- Oversee the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned to global benchmarks.
- Partner with leadership to ensure pay equity, retention, and performance-linked rewards.
- Continuously enhance the performance management process to drive accountability and high performance.
Learning, Leadership & Development
- Create and implement learning frameworks focused on leadership capability, skill development, and succession planning.
- Partner with business heads to design career paths and development programs for emerging leaders.
- Introduce modern learning methodologies (digital, experiential, peer-learning) across the organization.
Organization Design & Workforce Planning
- Partner with executive leadership on organization structure, headcount planning, and capability building.
- Design agile workforce models to support business priorities and future skill requirements.
- Leverage analytics to drive workforce decisions and optimize talent deployment globally.
Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead the global talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and retain top talent across regions.
- Build scalable recruitment processes, metrics, and tools to support growth in multiple markets.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand through innovative talent marketing and candidate experience initiatives.
Global HR Policy & Governance
- Develop and harmonize HR policies across global locations ensuring legal compliance and cultural alignment.
- Establish best-practice HR processes and systems to support scale, agility, and transparency.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams on labor law adherence and global workforce governance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams.
- Proven experience in high-growth startup or technology-driven organizations.
- Deep expertise across Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Rewards, L&D, and Organization Design.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
