Job Title :: Manager / AVP – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), ensuring that vendors and external service providers comply with the organization's risk, security and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management activities, including vendor onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment and ongoing monitoring.
• Assess vendor risks related to Information Security, Data Privacy, Business Continuity and Operational Risk.
• Develop and implement TPRM policies, frameworks and risk assessment processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IRDAI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor vendor risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare risk reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, IT and other business stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the TPRM team and review vendor risk assessment reports.
• Drive process improvements, automation and risk governance initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Third-Party Risk Management / Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Information Security, Data Protection, Business Continuity and Operational Risk.
• Understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 31000 standards.
• Knowledge of IRDAI regulatory guidelines and outsourcing risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and team leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications: CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or ISO 22301 Lead Auditor.
