Role Summary:

The AVP Network and security Operation will lead Cloud and On-premises Network and Security Operation. The person would be responsible for activities pertaining to people, process, and technology relevant to smooth functioning of the NOC and SOC.

C. Key Result Areas

Lead the Network Operations Center by managing a team of Network engineers and AI Bots

Ensure efficient deployment and management of key solutions like SDWAN, Network Monitoring, NAC, VPN, Azure Network routing Express route, CSPM, SOC, ZTNA.

Deploys and manages AI enabled real-time monitoring and responses to incidents impacting our customers and oversee post-mortem processes, including investigation of root causes and business impact, communication to stakeholders, and mitigation initiatives.

Serve as a collaborative partner with engineering and infrastructure teams across the organization to understand and define the telemetry needed from key production and corporate technologies.

D. Skills Required

Technical

10 years of experience in Network Domain with at least 5 years in large enterprise with more than 200 branches, and 5000 Users

Having experience of AI enabled NOC for a large environment with Azure Cloud

Expertise in deployment and management of NAC, SD-WAN, VPN, Proxy and solutions like Zscaler, Prisma Cloud, Akamai and Cloud based Firewall like Palo Alto

Expertise in Routing, Switching, LAN and WAN Management

Good understanding of AI Models, Gen and Agentic AI for use in Network automation along with monitoring and corrective actions

Working knowledge of standard compliance, risk, governance, and security standard methodologies
