Job Summary:

Indegene is looking for a talented and experienced professional to lead the Corporate Strategy team. Corporate Strategy acts as a partner to the business teams to plan and implement short-term and long-term strategic initiatives that would take the company on a transformational path of growth. The role would work on critical strategic initiatives such as new offerings with changing business dimensions, new solutions conceptualization to modernize the healthcare space along with go-to-market strategy & implementation. The role would also play a leading role in driving mergers and acquisitions, integration of existing acquisitions, and any area relevant for growth of the company. The role will work closely with business leadership across the enterprise - globally, functionally, and operationally and will report into the Vice President for Corporate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Indegene growth strategy across business units to achieve our full potential
• Advise the leadership team on areas to focus on for growth and what will be needed to win in those areas from a capability, value proposition and go to market effort perspective
• Develop a PoV on what capabilities need to be built organically vs need inorganic focus
• Be a part of due diligence processes (including driving commercial due diligences) and overall create/ validate business cases for acquisitions and investments
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive synergies with acquired companies
• Help hone competitive positioning, key messages, based on feedback from clients and prospects and by evaluating long-term trends in the industry
• Work collaboratively across the company to generate results that help the growth of the company and our clients to thrive
• Overall, lead a high performing Corporate Strategy team driving thought leadership across the enterprise

Job Specification:

• Education: Graduate & Postgraduate with MBA
• Experience: 11 years experience in Management Consulting + Corporate Strategy with exposure to M&A related due-diligences essential
• Work environment: Willingness to work in a Global Working Model
