Job Description Summary
In this position you will serve as a vital contact for employees engaged in assignments, transfers, and relocations, covering both international and domestic movements. This role encompasses liaising with clients, internal teams, and mobility suppliers. It involves providing operational support, adeptly managing inquiries, and being able to identify and resolve any issues related to global mobility.
Job Description
- Managing international Project worker assignments, acting as the single point of contact for the assignee and family to provide advice in the end-to-end management of their individual assignment
- A confident individual that can maintain relationships in the business at varying levels of seniority.
- Partnering with external vendors to ensure that all services are provided timely and in a compliant matter, while ensuring a smooth relocation process for our assignees.
- Fluent in English
- Team player with good organizational, planning and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all mobility assignments, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and process mobility-related documentation, including assignment letters, cost estimates, vendor support and other assignment related activities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Good sense of urgency and time management
- Good analytical & numerical skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, or international assignment management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools like Alteryx
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
