Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate User Experience Designer. The Associate User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking processes, creating visual designs, and developing prototypes. The role involves working on user experience (UX) design to enhance the usability and functionality of products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Thinking and User Research
• Proficiency in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) design
• Skills in Prototyping and developing interactive design solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Knowledge of industry-standard design tools and software

Other Requirements

• Have 1+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Expert in Figma, including design systems, style guides, components, auto-layout, and prototyping
• Strong understanding of design principles, grid systems, and layout techniques
• Skilled in organizing design files, maintaining documentation, and naming.
• Experience conducting competitive/UX research
• Understanding of basic interaction design and usability standards
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous improvement
• Portfolio showcasing real design projects is a must
