Job Summary:
Seeking hands-on experience in US Mortgage Servicing, specifically Escrow.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of US Mortgage Escrow processes, including escrow setup, maintenance, disbursements, and annual escrow analysis.
- Knowledge of RESPA regulations, tax/insurance escrow requirements, and industry compliance standards.
- Familiarity with shortage/surplus calculations, escrow projections, and account adjustments. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of working effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
Education and Experience
- Min 2 plus years of US Mortgage Servicing experience, preferably in Escrow analytical
- Flexibility to work night shifts and support extended hours/weekends when required.
- CTC: 5.5 LPA max
- Mode: WFH
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
