- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive UI designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in UI elements and interactions across all products within our ecosystem.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve UI designs based on user insights and data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience designing interfaces for web-based applications and/or software products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate design decisions effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
