Associate Trust Accountant

We are an independent trustee and fiduciary services company. Due to expansion, we are looking for an Associate Trust Accountant to join us.

Job responsibilities:

. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

. Analyzes and prepares monthly reports

. Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met

. Assist in financial audit and other reporting requirements

. Performs other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant field

. Team player and good working attitude

. Proficient in MS Office & MYOB accounting software are advantageous

. Able to work independently

. Meticulous and keen to learn

. Good communications and interpersonal skills

. Detail oriented and organised

. Singaporean and PR only
