Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India

PQE required: 2 to 6 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in competition law advisory, merger control filings, and antitrust investigations.
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis related to competition law matters.
• Support representation of clients before CCI, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Coordinate on multi-jurisdictional antitrust filings and liaise with international counsel.
• Work on competition law matters across sectors such as technology, financial services, telecom, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and e-commerce.
