As an Associate Travel Designer, your primary role will be to provide day-to-day support to the Principal Travel Designer, responding to incoming requests and assisting in managing client needs. Each day will be unique, requiring strong communication and time management skills, flexibility, and teamwork to ensure quality service and timely support.Key Responsibilities You will complete a variety of tasks as requested by Travel Designers, including but not limited to:

Client Support & Reservations:
- Conduct hotel rate checks, confirm amenities, and liaise with suppliers.
- Help coordinate reservations for hotels, transportation, and activities.
- Provide destination and activity recommendations.
Itinerary & Profile Management:
- Assist in creating detailed itineraries and updating client profiles.
- Ensure that hotels accommodate client preferences and VIP treatment.
Administrative Support:
- Help with invoicing, travel insurance research, and air quote requests.
- Maintain spreadsheets for client tracking and support Travel Designers when they are out.
Collaboration & Development:
- Attend meetings, follow guidelines, and actively seek ways to provide additional support.
- Uphold company values of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and similar tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work 10.30 AM – 6 PM IST and a minimum of 18 months of commitment.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) and some travel industry experience is a plus.
