Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver process and soft skills training for new hires and existing staff.
  • Design training content and conduct refreshers based on performance metrics.
  • Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth rollout of updates and new launches.
  • Stay updated on products and processes; act as a subject matter expert.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training, preferably in customer service or contact center environments.

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong content creation and facilitation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset to assess training impact and identify improvement areas.
