Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver process and soft skills training for new hires and existing staff.
- Design training content and conduct refreshers based on performance metrics.
- Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth rollout of updates and new launches.
- Stay updated on products and processes; act as a subject matter expert.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training, preferably in customer service or contact center environments.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong content creation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to assess training impact and identify improvement areas.
