Job Overview

The Associate Training Coordinator – Managed Services supports end-to-end training administration for global clients by coordinating logistics, managing learner communications, and handling LMS activities to ensure smooth training delivery across regions.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue via E-mail
  • Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
  • Gather additional information about reported issues
  • Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket
  • Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree required
