As our training and institutional engagements continue to grow, we are building a multidisciplinary network of experienced Associate Trainers and Subject Matter Experts who can collaborate with us on a project and assignment basis.

Role Description

ChatzBot Aerotec is looking for Associate Trainers and Subject Matter Experts to join our professional expert network for short-term training programmes, workshops, academic engagements and technical assignments.

We are seeking specialists across one or more of the following domains:

• Drone & UAV Technology
• Drone Operations, Safety & Applications
• Civil Engineering & Surveying
• Mechanical Engineering & Design
• Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation
• Electronics & Embedded Systems
• GIS & Spatial Analysis
• Remote Sensing & Earth Observation
• Photogrammetry & 3D Mapping
• GNSS / DGPS / Surveying
• LiDAR & Geospatial Technologies
• CAD / Engineering Design
• Other emerging technologies relevant to our training and project requirements

The selected professionals may be engaged to:

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, field or online training sessions.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on activities.
• Develop or contribute to training materials, exercises and assessments.
• Mentor students, professionals or institutional participants.
• Provide subject matter expertise for specialised programmes.
• Contribute to curriculum development and technical content.
• Support workshops, faculty development programmes and industry-oriented training.
• Provide technical inputs for relevant projects and institutional collaborations.

The scope of engagement will depend on the individual's area of expertise and the specific assignment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, diploma or equivalent professional qualification in the relevant domain.
• Strong subject knowledge and practical understanding of the selected area of expertise.
• Relevant industry, academic, research, project or training experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students, professionals or mixed audiences.
• Practical or hands-on experience is strongly preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the ChatzBot Aerotec core team.
• Availability for short-term assignments, workshops or project-based engagements.

Engagement Model

This is a freelance / contract / project-based professional engagement and is not a permanent full-time employment position.

Selected experts may be engaged based on specific programme requirements, subject expertise, availability and location.

Engagements may be conducted on an hourly, sessional, half-day, full-day or project basis, depending on the assignment.

Professional Remuneration

Professional fees will be mutually agreed on an assignment basis, considering expertise, experience, scope of work, duration, mode of delivery and technical requirements.

There is no fixed monthly salary commitment associated with this network engagement.

Location & Availability

The primary requirement is for professionals who can support engagements in Chennai and surrounding areas, where on-site delivery is required.

Depending on the assignment, opportunities may also include online delivery, field-based work or engagements at client/institutional locations.
