Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in Agra. The Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, maintaining impeccable standards in their area of work, and ensuring a memorable, seamless guest experience. Key responsibilities include assisting in daily operations, coordinating with departments, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment. The role involves collaboration within a professional team and requires adherence to The Oberoi Group's high standards of service.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and guest interaction skills, with a focus on building positive experiences and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including coordination among departments and maintaining service standards.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving to handle dynamic situations effectively.
  • A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry is an added advantage.
