Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Nanded. The Associate will play a key role in supporting SARFAESI proceedings, coordinating recovery actions, managing auction processes, and facilitating financial services. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, assisting with valuation and e-auction procedures, identifying buyers for distressed assets, coordinating borrower settlements, and supporting financial transactions like project financing and escrow processes. The Associate will work closely with financial institutions and other stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant recovery operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SARFAESI proceedings, recovery processes, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in documentation, due diligence, and possession formalities
- Skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, and project feasibility evaluations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and borrower engagement abilities
- Proficiency in marketing and coordination of auctioned assets, including bidder and buyer relationships
- Experience in implementing financial services such as project financing and escrow management
- Ability to work proactively and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in asset recovery, banking, or financial advisory is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
