Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently filter and manipulate massive datasets comprising hundreds of ride parameters
- Support the automated processing of raw CAN data into trackable, standardized ride metrics
- Analyze extensive sets of vehicle telemetry (including electrical, thermal, and algorithmic metrics) to evaluate system behavior during field testing
- Monitor ride metrics over time to identify degradation, track fault sequences, and evaluate Ride patterns
- Develop clear, actionable visual representations (statistical models, histograms, heatmaps, scatter plots) to highlight performance trends and anomalies
- Compile comprehensive performance reports and live-updating dashboards segmented by vehicle, individual components, firmware versions, and specific test conditions (e.g., environmental factors, geography)
- Work closely with the engineering and validation teams to assess algorithm functionality and overall component health, providing critical data to support final production release decisions
- Design and execute test cases to validate any software bugs or edge cases and verify the vehicle functionality.
- Consolidation of data across different Validation teams, and effective management
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in vehicle testing, preferably in the two-wheeler or EV sector, or in the Data Analysis field
- Familiarity with vehicle telemetry, EV parameters (voltage, current, temperature), and validation processes
- Basic knowledge of automotive data (CAN bus, DBC decoding, MF4 formats)
- Proficiency in Python, Google Apps Script, or C++ (C++ preferred for upstream data pipeline automation)
- Looker Studio / Grafana / AppSheet / PowerBI (or similar)
