Job Description

Summary Of Position

Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets of the company's products within the assigned territory and vertical, aligned with overall business strategy. Works closely with distributors and end users by supporting promotional initiatives, training distributor sales teams, and promoting the company's brands, services, and programs. The goal is to increase product conversions, sustain repeat business, and build strong customer loyalty through value-based selling.

Responsibilities Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and track conversion projects with targeted end users
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at site, regional, and internal levels; actively participate in industry events and networks
  • Identify and prioritize new business and growth opportunities
  • Maintain detailed account profiles and update CRM systems regularly
  • Collaborate with distributors to maximize market reach and performance
  • Drive sales through distributor channels, ensuring effective territory coverage
  • Plan and execute joint engagement strategies with distributors to retain and grow business
  • Conduct regular meetings with distributors and customers to communicate updates on products, strategies, and programs
  • Achieve profit targets by managing pricing and expenses
  • Prepare and submit sales plans, forecasts, and reports on time
  • Coordinate with internal teams including customer service and quality for smooth operations
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements
  • Support training and development of distributor teams
  • Contribute to strategic planning within the assigned vertical
  • Assist management with special projects and market intelligence activities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience or strong academic background for fresh graduates
  • Experience in distribution/channel sales and consultative selling
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of market networks and dealership management
  • Ability to coach and support team members
