- Achieve/exceed targeted sales in assigned territory vertical.
- Work through distributors end users to promote Ansell brands, services, and programs.
- Maximize conversions, maintain recurrent business, and build end-user loyalty.
Responsibilities Accountabilities
- Launch and follow up on conversion projects with targeted end-users.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships at site/regional levels.
- Network at trade shows, exhibitions, industry forums, and reseller networks.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Conduct continuous account profiling with Sales Leaders end-users.
- Record all relevant data in CRM systems (E-sales/Salesforce).
- Monitor distributor performance and liaise for maximum coverage.
- Plan joint end-user engagement strategies with Distribution Manager.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with distributors end users.
- Advise on company marketing/sales programs and ensure field execution.
- Achieve profit objectives via pricing control and expense management.
- Prepare sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts on time.
- Collaborate with EMEA/APAC peers for knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with customer service, monitor trade expenditure, and report complaints.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, trading terms, and company policies.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
- Achieve personal development goals.
- Recommend changes in trade agreements, pricing, discounts, and credit terms.
- Conduct business intelligence hunting and share market insights.
- Supervise and train distributor staff in company procedures.
- Assist in setting strategic direction of verticals with Vertical Consultant.
- Support Territory Sales Managers (TSMs).
Key Position Requirements- Education : Preferably Bachelors in Business or related field.
- Experience :
- 35 years in B2B sales (fresher from renowned college acceptable).
- Channel/distribution management experience.
- Consultative selling methodologies.
- Knowledge of distribution networks dealership management.
- Existing industry, end-user, reseller network knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation strategy setting.
- Budgeting reporting experience.
- Coaching/supporting colleagues.
