Job Description

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints through effective communication.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments and update customer accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate potential fraud cases to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, particularly in tele collection or collections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
