Job Description

Associate, Technology Vendor Management supports the monitoring and evaluation of technology vendors and contributes to effective vendor management processes to ensure compliance with contracts and alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the monitoring and evaluating of vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
  • Utilizes Technology Vendor Management tools to monitor and manage vendor performance
  • Supports documenting business-related needs to support desired contractual or commercial terms and negotiation strategy positions
  • Supports cross-functional teams to align vendor performance with organizational objectives
  • Supports the communication of processes and requirements of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual information to others within Technology
  • Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications

Education Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Financial Management and/or comparable experience
  • 3-5 years experience in vendor management processes and tools, contract management principles, procurement processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of financial management, data analysis, and Information Technology services
  • Experience in technology project management
  • Experience in working in a team-oriented environment and hands on with latest AI tools and ability to adapt to changing requirements
