Integration Monitoring Team Member – Oracle (G1 Level)

Job Summary:

• As a G1-level Integration Team Member, you will support the stability and performance of integrations with Oracle. You will be responsible for monitoring, triaging, and escalating integration issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Oracle Integration issues
• Perform first-level triage of failed iFlows, API calls, and scheduled jobs
• Validate data flows between Oracle and downstream systems (e.g., payroll systems, third-party vendors, internal mcdonald's applications like GIA).
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support or development teams with detailed logs and context.
• Support daily health checks for Oracle integration points (e.g., SFTP connections, OAuth tokens, certificates).
• Document recurring issues and contribute to operational runbooks and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with functional solutions team, Scaled Services teams to ensure integration reliability and compliance.
• Participate in shift-based monitoring coverage, including weekends or holidays if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Oracle modules and integration touchpoints.
• Exposure to integration concepts such as iFlows, APIs (OData/SOAP), SFTP, and IDocs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a cloud-native environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Integration Suite monitoring, and Oracle provisioning.
• Exposure to Cloud ALM, CPI, or API Management.
• Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, or scripting for log analysis.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Understanding of HR data sensitivity and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
