Job Description

Work Mode: Remote

What You'll Do

Create and maintain customer-facing product content, including:
Product decks and solution presentations
Product installations, technical briefs, and newsletters
Support Feature launches and update materials
Support product launches, demos and sales enablement, including:
Creating demo scripts, talking points, and training materials
Helping sales teams understand how to position the product
Helping sales enablement teams develop relevant product content
Work closely with Product and Engineering to:
Understand new features and technical capabilities
Translate them into clear, compelling customer messaging
Help gather feedback from Sales and customers to improve product positioning and content

Required Experience

Nice to Have

Experience supporting product teams, pre-sales, GTM or product marketing teams
Comfortable with product demos, training sessions, or presentations
Basic hands-on technical skills (testing features, using APIs, working in product environments
