Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Java Associate Tech Lead who can drive backend development, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor a team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and scalable system design, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications using Java & Spring Boot
Contribute to architecture discussions (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native)
Lead a team and ensure timely delivery
Build and optimize RESTful APIs with high performance and security
Implement secure backend systems (JWT, OAuth2, Spring Security)
Work on multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and best practices enforcement
Handle production issues, debugging, and root cause analysis
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and NFRs
