Associate Technical Consultant

About the Role

As an Associate Technical Consultant at Plat4mation, you will join a supportive and energetic team, working on real-world projects for large national and international organizations across the financial, energy, telecom, manufacturing, and high-tech industries. You will be guided, coached, and developed every step of the way.

What You Will Do

You will work on project-based engagements under the guidance of experienced consultants, with a focus on learning and contributing to customer value. Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for our customers
• Assisting in the design and development of platform applications that automate business processes
• Building solutions by following Plat4mation's best practices and quality standards
• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
• Participating in structured training programs, certifications, and on-the-job coaching to build your expertise

We ask

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information technology
• 2+years of experience with configuration, development and implementation of a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology
• 2 to 3 years of experience with ServiceNow
• 1 – 3 years working experience with JavaScript is a must
• Experience with Python, Shell and PERL is a plus
• Web service expertise (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge
• You bring an IT and Business mindset to connect both worlds
• Full Professional Proficiency in English
• You easily connect with others, are a good listener and result driven
• You are creative and analytical in your problem-solving
