Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Technical Consultant-Microsoft Dynamics CE Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, supporting business processes and enhancing user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom entities using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
- Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CRM systems, ensuring smooth operation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all development and configuration activities.
- Work with the QA team to test and validate customizations and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features and best practices.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and concepts.
- Hands-on experience with C# and JavaScript.
- Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Power Platform tools.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and deployments.
