Key Responsibilities:
● Configure and implement Reltio MDM, including L3/L2/L1 data models, entities, relationships, interactions, and reference data.
● Develop and fine-tune match rules, survivorship rules, and crosswalk configurations to create accurate golden records.
● Create and manage Reltio Workflow tasks for data stewardship, approval processes, and exception handling.
● Collaborate with data stewards and business teams to define data standards, governance rules, and ownership models.
● Integrate data from various source systems using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), APIs, Kafka, and batch ingestion pipelines.
● Set up and maintain data quality rules and validation logic using Reltio-built capabilities or external DQ tools.
● Customize Reltio UI using UI Modeler, configure entity views, layouts, and search criteria.
● Support MDM data loads, synchronization jobs, data model promotions, and performance tuning.
● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and governance frameworks.
● Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and document technical designs, mappings, and user guides.
Must-Have Skills:
● 7–10 years of experience in Data Engineering or Master Data Management.
● 4 – 5+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM / Reltio Connected Data Platform.
● Strong understanding of MDM concepts: golden record, hierarchy management, trust/survivorship, data governance.
● Proficient in:
○ Reltio Console, Data Modeler, UI Modeler
○ Match rule configuration, survivorship rules, crosswalk & source ranking
○ Reltio APIs (REST), RIH pipelines, and workflows
○ SQL, data modeling concepts, and JSON-based Reltio configurations
● Experience integrating Reltio with ERP, CRM, Data Lakes, and downstream analytical systems.
● Knowledge of data quality concepts and integration with DQ tools (Collibra DQ, IDQ, etc.).
