Associate Team Leader, Finance & Accounting (F&A)

Scope and Responsibilities: •

Individual Contribution (70%):

o Execute and Oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle for DHR and its portfolio companies.

o Review, analyze, and deliver relevant, timely, and accurate financial information for strategic, financial, and operational feedback.

o Develop and deliver reporting metrics for leadership and stakeholders

o Engage in posting, preparing, and reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

o Prepare financial statements, support month-end closing, and prepare various reports. o Responsible for managing and executing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Provide support for statutory and tax audits.

• Reviewer Role (30%):

o Guide and develop a high-performing team of Staff Accountants and Senior Accountants.

o Ensure the team delivers prompt and high-quality service, meeting all timelines.

o Work closely with stakeholders in India/APAC and the US to develop and establish processes. o Streamline and automate repetitive accounting processes, enhancing controls and simplifying procedures.

o Foster a cohesive work environment that promotes healthy competition, compliance, integrity, and operational improvement.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of relevant experience with a strong foundation in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial procedures.

• Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Business Central preferred

• Prior experience with US-based accounting processes and familiarity with APAC accounting and US GAAP

• High emotional quotient, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multitasking several clients/projects.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
