Job Description
Strong experience in .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Good working knowledge of Angular for front-end coordination and review Strong understanding of SQL / Database design, queries, and performance tuning Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (repos, boards, pipelines, releases) Experience in CI/CD processes, deployment, and release management Experience in leading and mentoring a development team Ability to drive the team to meet sprint and release commitments Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills Experience in task management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking Additionally : Prior experience or strong understanding of ERP or product-based systems is an added advantage Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions
Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage the product development team Plan, assign, and track tasks to ensure on-time delivery Conduct daily stand-ups and sprint-related ceremonies Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards Manage CI/CD pipelines and handle product releases Coordinate with QA, BA, and support teams during development and release cycles Guide the team in resolving technical issues and production support cases Ensure adherence to Agile and development best practices
