The Associate Team Lead (ATL) will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring revenue achievement, and maintaining high standards of execution within the sales team. This role requires a strong balance of individual contribution, team coaching, process adherence, and performance management.
The ATL is expected to lead by example, enable team success, and ensure consistent delivery against business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Performance Management
- Drive team revenue targets (Order Intake) and ensure consistent achievement.
- Monitor daily input metrics such as calls, connects, demos, and conversions.
- Track and manage sales funnel and disposition metrics.
- Ensure data-driven performance tracking and reporting.
2. Team Leadership & Coaching
- Conduct daily stand-ups and regular performance reviews.
- Coach team members on:
- Objection handling
- Sales pitch improvement
- Conversion strategies
- Support team members in deal closures and critical conversions.
- Lead from the front by demonstrating strong sales execution.
3. Process & Discipline Management
- Ensure strict adherence to:
- Calling processes (NC, CC, system calling)
- CRM hygiene and funnel updates
- Maintain discipline, rigor, and accountability across the team.
- Introduce structured productivity practices like:
- Power hours
- Churn management routines
4. Customer Experience Excellence
- Ensure high-quality interactions and seamless customer journey.
- Step in for demos/VCs in critical or high-value cases.
- Monitor and improve overall customer satisfaction.
5. Operational Excellence
- Identify people, process, or system gaps and escalate appropriately.
- Ensure clarity in communication across stakeholders.
- Optimize team productivity through effective time and task management.
- Delegate responsibilities efficiently to maximize output.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in inside sales / edtech / B2C sales
- Prior experience in team handling or acting TL/ATL role preferred
