Job Title: Associate Teacher

Employment Type: Full-Time with Structured Training Program
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction and student engagement.
- Support lesson planning, classroom management, and activity execution.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centric learning environment.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Contribute to co-curricular and interdisciplinary learning activities.
- Maintain student records, assessments, and classroom documentation.
- Collaborate with academic teams for curriculum implementation and innovation.
- Uphold the school's values, ethics, and professional standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream with minimum 60% marks.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- 0–2 years of teaching or relevant experience.
- B.Ed. or Diploma in Education preferred.
- Passion for teaching, learning, and child development.
- Candidates from academics, sports, arts, media, robotics, and design backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
