Associate Teacher Art

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Your Subject (60% time)

• Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class
• Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and provide feedback to students
• Build a positive and strong school culture focused on learning and joy
• Collaborate with parents through regular meetings to ensure their active involvement in student learning

Mentoring Students (20% time)

• Mentor 15-20 students throughout the year
• Develop plans to ensure students have strong study habits, high attendance, and motivation to excel
• Share best practices and mentoring plans with other teachers across the ecosystem

Helping with School Projects (20% time)

• Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, Annual Day, Sports Day, etc.
• Use these opportunities to strengthen leadership skills and mentor new teachers

Education & Experience

• Required: Bachelor's Degree with strong academic and holistic performance
• Preferred: Art Teacher Diploma (ATD) / Bachelor of Fine Art (BFA) / GD Arts
• Preferred: 1-2 years of teaching experience in a school
