Job Title: Associate Talent Partner / Talent Partner - TAG
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data
- Coordinate and execute head hunting, internal hiring, campus recruitment drives and walk-in hiring events
- Collaborate with stake holders to understand the business requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Understanding of campus placements and walk-in recruitment drives
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in any discipline (HR preferred)
Work Timings
- Mid Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
