Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for healthcare positions (specialty/ super specialty doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and healthcare administrators) in India.
  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers regularly.
  • Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and industry networks.
  • Collaborate with the team on UAE/GCC recruitment projects when required.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, compliance, and licensing requirements within Indias healthcare sector.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 14 years of recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment preferred). Fresh graduates with a strong interest in healthcare hiring may also be considered.
  • Knowledge of the Indian healthcare industry is essential; exposure to UAE/GCC healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing ability through job portals, LinkedIn, and direct networks.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and applicant tracking tools.
