IndiGo is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Associate - Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals, to identify and source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications thoroughly to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit, assess their skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the interview process, including conducting initial interviews when necessary.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from application to offer.
- Provide timely feedback and clear communication to candidates regarding their application status.
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Assist with the preparation and posting of compelling job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) meticulously with candidate information and real-time status updates.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings as required.
Skills
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail for managing multiple applications and coordinating schedules.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout candidate interactions.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation, BBA, or Diploma in HR, or MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
