What You Will Do

  • Ensure successful execution and valuable contributions in the areas of

System Integration & Test

System Qualification Test

  • Continually review internal processes, strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with global team and support and take responsibility of system test deliverables.
  • Maintain Dashboards for all the KPIs of system test team performance.
  • Plan estimate and coordinate System test activities based on project priorities/schedule/release/sprints.
  • PDP Activity Plans are continuously updated and approved for each Phase
  • Contribute to evaluation of test tools
  • Build-up interface to customers and suppliers concerning issues and support error management scope.
  • Follow the organizational Test Automation Strategy and proactive drive automation in the project
  • Achieve ASPICE Level as defined in Project or by Molex.
  • Coordinate any issues related to unplanned activities, delays, additional need of resources, time or costs to Project- and Line management and start needed activities.
  • Manage system test strategy creation, approval of test concepts, test effort estimation, change request analysis within project scope.
  • Connect team members to the organization's culture and vision and help them to prioritize and align their work accordingly.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelors or master's in engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum 10+ years in Automotive or IT Industry with relevant exposure to management.

What Will Put You Ahead




Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills written, verbal and presentation 
  • 10+ years of experience, including demonstrated project management expertise.
  • End to end understanding of Product life cycle (Resource, demand, project delivery)
  • Good domain knowledge and experience in testing embedded automotive systems 
  • Experience in tools like Canoe, Canalyser, multimeter, oscilloscope 
  • Good understanding of CAPL, python or other scripting languages
  • Competent in usage of tools like POLARION, DOORS, GIT, SVN 
  • Good knowledge of automotive development processes including V-Model, ASPICE and agile methods  

Preferred:

  • ISTQB certification or similar 
  • Goal oriented, structured, diligent and independent work ethic 
  • Strong Analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Strong mentoring skills
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Flexibility to adjust to varying demands and changing priorities.
