Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather demand information, analyze trends, and adjust production schedules accordingly.
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability and secure materials while maintaining supplier relationships.
- Align production schedules with inventory management.
- Make informed decisions within the scope of assigned tasks using advanced knowledge and analytical skills.
- Handle complex and senior-level tasks compared to Sr. Associate II.
- Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.
- Meet individual job requirements and contribute to organizational compliance.
- Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance, ensuring all associates adhere to GxP regulations.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes including planning, procurement, and logistics
- Proficiency in material planning and inventory management techniques
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier relationship management
- Familiarity with SAP PP or other ERP systems for production and material planning
- Ability to analyze demand trends and adjust production schedules accordingly
- Knowledge of Good Practice (GxP) regulations, SOPs, and quality control requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making in supply chain operations
- Capability to handle complex tasks and coordinate across multiple functions
- Attention to detail, documentation skills, and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes
Education:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
