Job Overview And Responsibilities

The Associate Supplier Performance plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders (POs) shipped to locations outside the United Operations region. This position acts as a virtual storekeeper, coordinating with suppliers and third-party warehouses to maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in the receiving process. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Act as a virtual storekeeper to receive POs shipped to external/non-United Operations locations
  • Scrutinize and validate documents received from suppliers to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Manage the drop shipment mailbox and ensure all POs are followed up and processed on time
  • Communicate with supplier representatives to address missing documents, discrepancies, or additional information required
  • Prepare and publish weekly performance reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and supplier performance insights
  • Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into PO status, supplier performance, and warehouse receiving metrics

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Qualifications

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business
  • 2 years
  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Understanding of purchasing and sourcing processes.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
