About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Associate – Supply Partnerships to support and scale Joveo's global supply ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, commercial strategy, and process automation. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate business use cases into scalable initiatives, driving growth, efficiency, and partner experience. You will play a key role in expanding high-quality supply and enabling scalable operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnerships & Supply Strategy

• Lead the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the function to support overarching business goals.
• Collaborate closely with CXOs and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable supply initiatives.
• Identify, onboard, and cultivate high-quality partners to improve global reach, performance, and reliability.

2. Commercials & Relationship Management

• Own the deal: Manage partner negotiations, including contracts, commercials, and service agreements.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships through structured engagement and regular performance reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner communication, issue resolution, and ongoing collaboration.

3. Operations & Performance

• Manage underpacing and performance-driven campaigns to ensure supply efficiency and delivery excellence.
• Track supply metrics and operational KPIs; derive actionable insights to improve partner outcomes and internal decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless execution.

4. Automation & Process Excellence

• Identify opportunities to introduce automation and process improvements across daily operations.
• Help scale systems, workflows, and reporting to support rapid growth without compromising quality.
• Contribute to building a best-in-class Supply Partner & Client Experience framework.

About You

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in partnerships, supply operations, business operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Industry Background: Proven experience working with partners or clients in SaaS, Ad Tech, HR Tech, Recruitment Advertising, E-commerce, or Consulting.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong hands-on experience in negotiations, contracts, and stakeholder management.
• Data-Driven: Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable understanding technical concepts, platform-driven solutions, and partner use cases.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
