Senior Developer (Senior IAM Developer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity (IIQ) Developer with strong expertise in application onboarding, platform management, and Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes. This role will be responsible for onboarding applications into SailPoint IIQ, managing user lifecycle management, and managing the functionalities deployed on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support application onboarding into SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Configure and customize IIQ components including connectors, workflows, rules, and certifications
• Lead efforts to identify, remediate, and track vulnerabilities in SailPoint IIQ
• Plan and execute patching and upgrades for SailPoint IIQ
• Work closely with internal teams, business units, and external vendors to deliver remediation and onboarding activities
• Drive issue resolution end-to-end, ensuring SLA adherence and timely closure
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews related to identity governance
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide operational support as needed
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and onboarding standards

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity (IIQ)
• Proven experience with application onboarding (custom and out-of-the-box connectors)

Strong implementation knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and RBAC

Working knowledge of:

• Active Directory and Azure AD
• LDAP fundamentals
• AWS
• Strong knowledge of Java, Bean shell, XML, and REST integrations within IIQ
• Experience remediating security vulnerabilities and managing patch cycles
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation for IAM platforms
• Strong understanding of SLA-driven delivery and operational governance

Soft Skills:

• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and managed service providers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
