India delivery center is one of our global delivery and capability hub. We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich's business units worldwide.

Associate Staff Engineer, Genesys Platform:

Role Objective& Alignment to GCC Vision:

This role is a core contributor to Zurich's AI native Global Capability Center, delivering contact center platforms with built in intelligence, automation, and continuous

optimization. The engineer augments Genesys Cloud delivery using AI assisted design, observability, and incident triage to improve reliability, change success, and customer outcomes.

Role Summary:

Designs, implements, and operates the Genesys Cloud platform at scale, partnering with global stakeholders and suppliers. Leverages enterprise approved AI to accelerate troubleshooting, impact analysis, and platform evolution while meeting governance and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define standards, blueprints, and architectures; ensure implementations align to them
• Operate and maintain Genesys Cloud; support change, incident, and problem management
• Integrate Genesys with upstream/downstream systems via APIs
• Coordinate suppliers to deliver outcomes safely in production
• Act as technical escalation and share best practices globally

AI Driven Outcomes Expected:

• Improved routing and experience via AI assisted analytics and recommendations
• Faster MTTR using AI assisted log/search and impact assessment
• Safer changes through AI supported blast radius analysis
• Higher platform efficiency by automating repeat diagnostics

AI Related Capabilities &Skills:

• Use AI features in observability/ITSM tools to accelerate triage
• Validate AI outputs before execution; protect sensitive data
• Draft and refine workflows/config with AI assistance

Required Experience:

• 3–5 years with Genesys Cloud (Architect, digital channels, analytics)
• Experience designing and implementing contact center solutions
• REST/JSON, workflows, vendor coordination
