Associate Sr. Data Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Data Engineers to develop scalable data pipelines and support enterprise data warehouse migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize SQL-based transformation pipelines

Build staging, ODS, and warehouse layers

Implement file ingestion and outbound file generation workflows

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and delta processing

Ensure data integrity and performance tuning

Support legacy-to-cloud data migration

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience

Strong expertise in SQL and T-SQL

Experience with Azure Synapse / Azure Data Factory

Knowledge of file-based integration (CSV, flat files, SFTP)

Understanding of incremental load and change data capture patterns

Experience working in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments
