Job Title: Associate/ Sr. Associate - Media Buyer

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced & results driven Google/Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and drive ROI

through strategic media buying. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience of working with Facebook/Google Ads.

Core Responsibilities

● Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite) and Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube).

● Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

● Leverage data from Facebook, Google, and internal tools to scale, refine, and enhance the performance of paid

media campaigns.

● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and deliver actionable insights to

improve performance.

● Coordinate with tracking and analytics teams to ensure proper campaign attribution and pixel implementation.

● Conduct market research to effectively target and scale user acquisition efforts.

● Collaborate with our cutting-edge AI tools to craft high-performing ad creatives that drive results.

● Generate regular performance reports, presenting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

● Stay updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.

Who Should Apply For This Role

● At least 3 years of running ROAS focused digital campaigns on Facebook and/or Google ads with a proven track

record of driving growth.

● Proven track record of managing large monthly ad budgets and delivering strong performance results.

● Prior experience of working on campaigns for US, UK, and Canada markets is a plus.

● Proficiency in analytics and ad platforms: Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag

Manager.

● Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data analysis.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

● Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certification is a plus
